Vorinostat (suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid, SAHA, Zolinza) is an HDAC inhibitor with IC50 of ~10 nM. A Phase I/II study of Vorinostat on HIV RNA expression in the resting CD4+ T cells of HIV-infected patients receiving stable antiretroviral therapy is currently ongoing
